Apalachicola Tours collects as little as a website can and still take a booking.
What we keep
Booking requests. The name, email address, phone number, dates and message you send through the booking form are kept so we can reply and run the tour. We don't share them with anyone else, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you subscribe to one.
The newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Every email carries a link that does it in one click.
Visits. We count page views on our own server to see which pages are read: the page, the time, the referring site, and your browser's description of itself. The address your request came from is kept for ninety days and used only to tell visits apart and to stop abuse. There are no advertising networks, analytics services, or tracking pixels on this site, and no third party sees these records.
Cookies
The public site sets none. One cookie is set when the site's editor signs in to the admin area, and only for that person.

The historical photographs on this site are reproduced from public archives. If you hold the rights to one and would like it credited differently or removed, write to us.
